Astrodome Gates Jigsaw Puzzle

Back when I was a kid, I used to walk through these gates to see Nolan Ryan and Kevin Bass play baseball. I can still remember the crowd calling on Jose Cruuuuuuzz!! When he would come up to bat. Back then, it was perfectly okay to give away baseball bats to the first 10,000 people who showed up, that would never fly now.
The Astrodome was an amazing building when it was built, the first of it's kind. As a matter of fact, Astroturf was designed for this building because they just could not grow grass without sunlight. In the offseason, we would go to Monster Truck rallies and Motocross events. The Houston Oilers also played here, but we always left wondering why they didn't play football. Needless to say, these gates hold a lot of great memories for me and maybe for you as well. What do they say to you?

In my past, I have seen some of the greatest horrors known to man, so finding other images to place into my head has been therapeutic. I call it "Image Replacement Therapy." I prefer to go out and capture whatever strikes me in the moment and if others like it, then great. My photography is more for me to appreciate, but if others can get enjoyment out of my work, then that brings me a sense of fulfillment. I am interested in travelling the world....
